  • Discover Your Passion

At Hutchison, the arts actively engage girls in critical thinking and problem-solving experiences. As they learn to imagine new possibilities through the arts, girls are better able to create changes in their artwork, school work, and the world around them as they voice opinions, explore personal concerns, and produce dynamic solutions to creative problems.

Dance, choir, theatre, visual arts, and digital media provide a way to explore the human experience and its cultures. The arts curriculum is aligned with coursework across all divisions and grade levels. Girls wanting to continue building skills in the arts throughout upper school and beyond can advance to pre-professional levels through our AP offerings and the myExperience Art & Design cohort.
In an environment that embraces individuality, collaboration, and inclusion, the depth of instruction and vast arts offerings demonstrate Hutchison’s commitment to providing the highest level of art instruction for developing a girl's expressive voice.
