- Irene Keeney ’19 talks about her Hutchison experience.

Hutchison inspires girls to be confident and resilient. When she auditioned for a part in the first-grade play, Irene Keeney '19 did not get the part because she was so shy that no one could hear her! She auditioned again in third grade and the rest is history. Today, she is pursuing her Master of Fine Art and Master of Letters in Shakespeare and Performance after a year as a Tennessee Shakespeare Company Classical Theatre Apprentice.

Irene’s story embodies the possibilities of a Hutchison education.
